What is the MOQ for custom decorative lighting?
MOQ depends on the product type, the customization level and the packaging. Standard catalog items can start from 500–1,000 pieces for trial orders. A fully custom ODM project with new molds typically starts at 3,000–5,000 pieces. We size the trial to your project.
Can we customize beyond the Twins catalog — new shapes, colors, sizes?
Yes. The Twins catalog is the surface — under it sits a full design, glass, filament and electronics operation. We develop new glass silhouettes, custom PANTONE colors, custom metal finishes, custom drivers and custom packaging. Our design centre handles concept-to-production.
How do you protect our IP and brand exclusivity?
We hold 500+ global patents ourselves, so we take IP seriously. We sign NDAs before any detailed discussion, segregate customer IP, and operate under strict confidentiality. Many of our ODM customers do not appear on our public materials — by their choice. Your designs stay yours.
Can the Twins family be launched as one coordinated collection?
That is the point of the series. Many of our customers launch pendants, table lamps, wall lamps, vases and bulbs together as a single design language. One manufacturing partner keeps quality, finish and lead times consistent across every SKU.
What certifications do your products carry?
Products carry CE, RoHS, ERP, UL and FCC depending on the model and target market. The factory is TÜV Rheinland and BSCI certified, with on-site TÜV witness laboratory overseeing quality control.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Standard catalog products ship within 30-40 days depending on volume. Custom ODM projects typically require 35–40 days for sampling and 45–60 days for first mass production, depending on mold development and certification requirements. We keep stock of popular models for faster small-batch fulfillment.
Do you support private label and Amazon FBA packaging?
Yes — full private label and white label programs. Our packaging team designs and produces custom retail boxes, color sleeves, blister packs and Amazon FBA-compliant packaging with barcodes, instruction manuals and insert cards.
Can we request samples before a bulk order?
Of course. Free samples of catalog products are available on request. For custom ODM projects, we produce engineering samples for your approval before moving to mass production.
