What is the MOQ for custom LED light bulbs?
MOQ varies by product type, customization level, and packaging. For standard catalog products, we can accommodate small trial orders starting from 500–1000 pieces. For fully custom ODM projects with new molds, typical MOQ starts at 3000–5000 pieces. Contact our team to discuss your specific project scale.
Can I customize filament shape, color temperature, and bulb finish?
Absolutely. This is our core strength. We can customize filament shape (12+ base shapes plus combinations), color temperature (1800K–6500K), bulb glass finish (13+ options from clear to marble), CRI (80/90/95), dimming function, base type, and even create entirely new filament patterns from your design reference. Our product design centre in Hangzhou handles concept-to-production.
What certifications do your light bulbs carry?
Our products carry CE, RoHS, ERP (up to Class C efficiency), UL, and FCC certifications depending on the model and target market. Our factory is TÜV Rheinland and BSCI certified, with two on-site SGS & TÜV witness laboratories overseeing quality control.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Standard catalog products ship within 15–30 days depending on order volume. Custom ODM projects typically require 30–45 days for sampling and 45–60 days for first mass production, depending on mold development and certification requirements. We maintain stock of popular models for faster small-batch fulfillment.
Do you support private labeling and Amazon FBA packaging?
Yes, we offer full private label and white label programs. Our packaging team can design and produce custom retail boxes, color sleeves, blister packs, and Amazon FBA-compliant packaging with barcodes. We also support customized instruction manuals and insert cards.
What is your filament production capacity?
Our Tong Cheng factory produces 50 million LED filaments per month — one of the largest dedicated filament packaging facilities globally. Combined with 32 bulb assembly lines (3 fully automated) across our manufacturing network, we can reliably fulfill large-volume orders with consistent quality.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Of course. We encourage you to evaluate our quality firsthand. Free samples of catalog products are available upon request. For custom ODM projects, we produce engineering samples for your approval before moving to mass production. Simply contact our team with your requirements.
How do you protect my custom designs and brand exclusivity?
We hold 200+ global patents ourselves, so we deeply understand IP protection. Custom designs developed for your brand remain exclusive to you. We sign NDAs before any detailed discussion and strictly segregate customer IP.
